VAC provides billing and collection support for many of its customers. VAC provides call validation prior to call connection to manage potential bad debt associated with collect calling. The capture and management of call record data is performed in this group.
This group also provides customer service, invoicing, and collections for prepaid calling accounts and direct bill customers.
