Administration & Regulatory
VAC’s Regulatory Compliance group provides administrative support, regulatory change monitoring and federal/state filings to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Public Utility Commissions (PUC) in the states VAC serves. All tariff research, legal review, and filing requirements are managed within this group. In addition, VAC’s Regulatory Compliance group reviews, files and authorizes payment for all taxes and assessments such as the Federally mandated Universal Service Fund (USF).
