VAC provides program level accounting and audit capabilities to ensure that revenues and expenses are captured and properly applied to the appropriate group. Financial true-ups with local exchange carriers, all PUC’s and the FCC are all monitored within VAC by this functional area.
VAC’s Revenue Management System (RMS) is an integrated capability that links customer contracts, site information, back office data, call record information and customer invoicing together to provide a seamless solution for our customers. In addition, VAC utilizes an internal ‘mock rater’ to audit call records to ensure that they are properly captured and rated.
